These Terms of Service govern your use of the wrkr website and services provided by Wrkr LLC (“wrkr”). By using the service you agree to these terms.
Accounts
You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or use it to violate any law or the rights of others.
Subscriptions and payment
Paid plans are billed monthly with no annual contract; you may cancel at any time effective at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Payments to service businesses
Payments your customers make to a service business are processed by Stripe. wrkr is not a party to those transactions beyond facilitating them.
Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, wrkr is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
