Account and contact information you provide (name, business name, email, phone number), information service businesses enter about their customers and jobs, payment information processed by our payment provider, and usage and device data collected automatically.
How we use information
To provide and improve the service, process payments, send service-related communications (including SMS where you have opted in), provide support, and meet legal obligations.
SMS data
We do not sell or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in data with third parties for their own marketing. SMS consent is used only to deliver the messages described in our SMS Terms.
Service providers
We use third-party providers to operate the service, including Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (payments), Telnyx (SMS delivery), and PostHog (product analytics). These providers process data only to perform services for us.
Data retention
We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations.
Your choices
You may request access to or deletion of your information, and you may opt out of SMS by replying STOP.
